Asus sends the 2nd generation of the ROG Phone with 1 TB of storage for 999 euros in the trade. The price is lower than announced in September. In addition, Asus now lists on the product page also a third, cheaper offshoot with the addition “Strix”, which follows for a price of 699 €.
Asus had already unveiled the ROG Phone II with all technical key data and a price of € 1,199 for the “Ultimate Edition” with 1 TB for IFA 2019. The memory as well as the rest of the equipment are otherwise identical to the normal ROG Phone II, which carries the suffix “Elite Edition” and offers 512 GB of flash memory for the price of 899 euros.
The ROG Phone II with 1 TB of storage is now available in the German online shop of the manufacturer and is to be delivered from December 6, 2019. In addition, the Asus ROG Phone II is now also in a slimmed-down version with reduced to 8 GB of RAM and only 128 GB of flash memory from Asus prepared for the market launch. The “Strix Edition” baptized variant of the smartphone should appear for 699 euros.
