OnePlus is among the manufacturers who are introducing a new flagship smartphone at half-yearly intervals. The OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro (test) are rumored to follow models 7T and 7T Pro in the coming weeks. Now almost all technical data as well as first picture material to the smartphones have leaked.
New models are getting closer together
The data has the Indian side Compareraja released. According to their own statements, the data comes from Steven Hemmerstoffer, who on Twitter as OnLeaks especially for mostly reliable CAD renderings of upcoming devices is known. The specifications appear realistic, but they can not be clearly verified.
It is striking that the two new smartphones would move closer together in terms of functionality, as is the case with the two current OnePlus smartphones. Nevertheless, there are differences, as last year, primarily with display, camera and battery.
90 Hz without Pro model
A novelty would be that with the OnePlus 7T even the model without Pro addition should receive the 90-Hz display, which contributes to the fluid operation of the current flagship. The diagonal is expected to grow to 6.55 inches (OnePlus 7: 6.41 inches), the resolution of 1,080 × 2,400 pixels but lower than the 7T Pro. The latter is intended to offer a minimally changed diagonal of 6.65 inches (formerly 6.67 inches) and a resolution of 1,440 × 3,100 pixels compared to its predecessor. Both displays are supposed to support the higher frame rate HDR10 +.
Triple camera in both models
The next differences can be found in the camera. The OnePlus 7T is loud Compareraja like the current pro models on a triple camera. It consists of a main camera with 48 megapixels and pixel binning, f / 1.6 aperture and OIS, a 16 megapixel camera for ultra wide-angle shots with aperture f / 2.2 and a telephoto lens with 12 megapixels for double magnification. The 7T Pro, however, according to the data sheet, the camera of the current 7 Pro, although the ultra-wide-angle camera with 120 degrees field of view is called. The 7 Pro offers marginally less at 117 degrees, so it could also be a rounding by the side. The cameras are arranged horizontally at least on the 7T in a circular ring and no longer vertically, like a picture of OnLeaks suggests.
Battery should load even faster
The last major difference concerns the battery, which should offer 3.800 mAh for the 7T and 4.085 mAh for the 7T Pro. Both models are designed to support fast charging at 30 watts and thus charge up to 20 percent faster than the OnePlus 7 Pro.
Snapdragon 855 Plus, 8GB RAM and Android 10
With the remaining basic data the smartphones differ hardly: Both rely on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus as well as the Asus ROG Phone II, which is somewhat more efficient than the regular Snapdragon 855. The RAM should be with both models 8 GB in size, at least the 7 Pro offers OnePlus but also in a version with 12 GB. The internal memory is in the 7T 128 GB or 256 GB, which also corresponds to the current choices, in the 7T Pro, however, are always 256 GB installed. The operating system used by the manufacturer OxygenOS based on Android 10.
