Xiaomi has published a list of smartphones through its own forum, which will receive an update to Google's Android Q in the fourth quarter of this year and in the first quarter of next year. Regardless of these upgrades, Xiaomi has been working on the new MIUI 11 since January of this year, which has no date yet.
The smartphones include Xiaomi devices as well as those sold under the brand name Redmi. The published release periods refer to the home market in China, so devices purchased in Europe may have to wait longer.
During the fourth quarter of 2019, the Mi 9 (SE), Mi 8 (including Explorer and Screen Fingerprint Edition), Mi Mix 3, Mi Mix 2S and the Redmi K20 (Pro) will receive the update. An update for the Redmi Note 7 (Pro) is planned for the first quarter of 2020.
