For the launch of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro in China at the end of August, no information was yet available on an official launch in Europe or even a prize. Xiaomi himself now ends the speculation and calls an official price for Spain, where the smartphone of the sub-brand is already sold from next week.

From 26 September, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro in Spain for 249 euros for the model with 64 GB of flash memory and 6 GB of RAM sold – in the first 24 hours, it is in the official Mi-Store also short term for 229 euros to have. For only 20 euros more, so for 269 euros, however, the model will be offered with 128 GB of internal memory and also 6 GB of RAM. Not only on the Spanish product side, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro is already listed, it is also listed in Italy, but there for 259 euros for the 64 GB version and 299.90 euros for the model with 128 GB of internal memory. The variant with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory is currently not available in either country.

Official Germany start on October 7th

In Germany, Xiaomi will exclusively offer the Redmi Note 8 Pro on October 7th via Amazon. From 13:00 o'clock an early bird action is to start, in the context of which the first 3.000 Smartphones are offered for the price of 229.90 euro in the variant with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of memory. The regular market launch will be one day later at 13:00 clock on Amazon, the price will then be at 249.90 euros. The variant with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of memory offers Xiaomi in this country for 279.90 euros.

Quad camera and MediaTek Helio G90T

The Redmi Note 8 Pro is the world's first smartphone to use a 64-megapixel Isocell GW1 CMOS sensor from Samsung. The 64 megapixel main camera with dual LED flash is accompanied by an 8 megapixel ultra wide angle sensor, a 2 megapixel macro camera and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. Instead of an OLED display, the Redmi Note 8 Pro relies on a 6.5-inch LCD screen with a size of 19.5: 9 at 2,340 × 1,080 pixels. With the Helio G90T Xiaomi relies on a SoC from MediaTek, which has six Cortex-A55 and two Cortex-A76 cores with a clock frequency of up to 2.27 GHz. As a graphics unit, a Mali G76 GPU is used.
